-A design brief (art work) or any detailed images of the style that you want to copy

-Fabrications

-Tech packs or spec sheets

-Bulk quantity for per style, per colour, per size.

-Target price (if you have any)

INITIAL QUOTATION: We can maximise the efficiency of providing our first quotation based on your design, tech pack and artwork, approximate bulk order quantity per style/colour. Our accuracy of costing will depend on how precise and detailed your information is! We also need to know your target price (if you have any).

LEAD TIME TO GET QUOTATION: 7-10 working days

QUOTE APPROVAL :  Approving the quote before sampling plays a crucial role in the whole process. Therefore, the initial quote needs to be approved before sampling.

FINAL PRICE:  Price will be finalised after the final fit sample, measurements for each size and confirmed bulk quantity.

First Fit sample

We will provide the colour lab dip and fabric swatch to the client before we proceed with the first sample. It helps us to understand if the colour and the fabric is suitable. If we don’t have the required fabric in stock, then The first sample can be made with similar fabric and available colour that we have to ensure the fit.

Time frame: 4-5 weeks depending on client’s requirement and our source availability.

Quantity: Only one piece/style will be provided

Cost: As per the initial quotation*

Lead time: usually 30-45 days. But it can be faster depending on the availability of the materials

* The cost of the first fit sample will be credited back to you if you confirm your bulk production with us.

Second Fit Sample

Based on your feedback on the first fit sample, we will make the second fit sample. This sample will reflect the changes made in the previous sample.

This sample should be made with confirmed colour and materials before bulk production.

However, if there is no amendment after this sample, then this sample will be considered as Pre production (PP) sample. You can also use this sample as your photo sample or salesman sample.

Quantity:: Only one piece/style will be provided

Cost: free

Lead time: generally 20-40 days. It can be faster depending on the feedback of the first fit sample

Sizing Sample

If the client is unsure with the grading of various sizes of the sample, they can order a sizing sample of their preferred size.

Quantity:: one-two piece/style/colour will be provided

Cost: Same as bulk price

Lead time: 20-30 days

Photo Sample

We can provide photo samples in various sizes and fit according to your preferences. However, you may not need to purchase it if you can use your second fit or PP sample as your photo sample.

Quantity:: one-two piece/style/colour will be provided

Cost: Same as bulk price

Lead time: 20-30 days

Final Fit sample/Pre Production(PP) Sample

This sample is only required if the previous sample needs any further adjustments. It will be made from the bulk fabric and accessories before we proceed with cutting the bulk order.

Quantity:: Only one piece/style will be provided

Cost: Same as bulk price

Lead time: 10-20 days

After the approval of  Pre Production (PP) sample, the client needs to sign the contract with us and confirm the bulk order.. The client also needs to pay a deposit of 50% of the total order and we will proceed with our bulk production after that.

Lead time: 40-60 days.*

*this lead time includes packaging, finishing and quality check processes.

We ship directly to your address (door delivery) instead of FOB.

For small orders (less than 2,000 pcs) we ship via air freight and use DHL. Via airfreight it will take 7-10 days max.

For big orders (more than 2,000 pcs) we try to ship via sea freight (if we get enough time to deliver)  and directly to your address. In that case it will take approx. 30-40 days to reach.
