Frequently Asked Question
FAQs
Our minimum order quantity starts with 100 pcs per style in a single colour with different mixed size
Our office is based in Sydney, Australia and we have our own manufacturing factory in Bangladesh. We produce 80% of our garments in our own factory. We also have some sub-factories that we are affiliated with for years. We produce rest of our products from there depending on the fabric and the styles.
Yes, we do work with start-up labels to high end producing labels.
We try our best to help our clients specially who are new in the fashion industry.
-Provide the information on manufacturing process
-Our designers can provide some designs if the client shares their concept
-We provide various knit fabric swatches and can suggest fabric to clients based on their styles
The first step would be for us to assess feasibility. In order to do this we require for the client to submit
-A design brief (art work) or any detailed images of the style that you want to copy
-Fabrications
-Tech packs or spec sheets
-Bulk quantity for per style, per colour, per size.
-Target price (if you have any)
Please note, we will not be able to respond to any request for quotes or prices without these above information. As long as you can provide us approximate information, we will be able to provide you an estimated quote. However, price will be revised according to the amendment of the order details.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide “ball park” price straightaway on for some general items. Because each piece of clothing has so many variables, we are unable to provide accurate costs to you without seeing the design in detail. The design, printing/dying requirements, fabric to be used and amount, size range, quantity to be ordered and things like embellishments, all need to be carefully taken into consideration when costing each piece of clothing. Once the tech pack or design brief has been submitted to us in full, we will then take approximately 7 days to respond to you for a quote
Please click ‘Contact Us’ button which can be found on main menu and send us all your queries over there. Otherwise you can directly email us on info@bostro.com.au or call us on +61 416 555 910.
Yes we can help you. If you can send us the physical sample, along with the quantities, then we can provide you quote.
We understand not everybody who owns retail or online store has studied fashion, so instead of submitting a detailed design brief, we are able to easily work with samples that need to be copied only to reproduce a collection. If the samples need to be amended, then we will require a spec sheet with detailed measurements and artwork. If you decide to work with us then we can also provide you similar designs or can help you to amend designs as per your requirements.
We are not a fashion wholesaler; we do not carry any seasonal collections or stock. We only produce clothes as per client’s order.
Our office is based in Sydney, Australia. If you want to meet us in person, then please book an appointment with us for further discussion once you are happy with the quote. We can also come to your office if you require. If you are outside of Sydney, then we can also do zoom meeting, or video call.
